Last Chance Lacrosse Club

All athletes must be registered with US Lacrosse through 5/31/2024. You must register/renew first with US Lacrosse and then return to this Registration Session to signup.  If you have not already signed up with US Lacrosse, please follow these steps:

• Step 1:  Obtain current US Lacrosse Membership
  • IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE to go to US Lacrosse Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with US Lacrosse. Each player must have their own unique US Lacrosse confirmation number.
  • TO LOOK UP/RENEW A US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE to go to US Lacrosse Membership Lookup.
• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the US Lacrosse Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.

If you are registering more than one player in your family, you will receive a $25 discount on the 2nd (3rd + all additional children) registration fee.  In order for the registration system to recognize that you are registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time.  On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your players are registered within the same order.

***Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your Family’s discounted rates.***

We are getting new uniforms this year.  You will own this uniform and you will will be the same number all through your days with Last Chance Lacrosse Club.  

With your registration, EVERYONE will be purchasing a new uniform year.   On your registration  you will be asked for 3 possible numbers.  If you are a returning player, you will have the first shot at your number from last season.  Then it will be decided by what year in school you are and finally by registration date.
